  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

1.3 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.

1.4 Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your return after it is received.
